The website counter-terrorism.org is a project of Policyinstitute.net, a think tank founded in 2017 by Thorsten Koch – a journalist, social science author, researcher, and not-for-profit NGO Manager.

On counter-terrorism.org, we cover the following subjects:

  • prevention of violent extremism (PVE)
  • countering violent extremism (CVE) through soft means
  • deradicalisation
  • countering digital hate speech, and
  • the theory of mis-/disinformation,

on the solid foundation of 30 years of academic and professional experience.
