The website counter-terrorism.org, formerly A.R.C. Europe, is a project of Policyinstitute.net, a think tank founded in 2017 by Thorsten Koch, a journalist, social science author, researcher, and not-for-profit NGO Manager.

On counter-terrorism.org, we cover the following subjects:
