Doing Research on counter-terrorism.org | Policyinstitute.net

Dear Network,

On the website counter-terrorism.org, you will find a search function. It is located on the upper right – and could be very beneficial for you to use in in pursuit of sources of information. Instead of just sifting through the lists of articles, analyses, videos and podcasts from top to the bottom, you can just search, specifically, for what you have been looking for among the vast field of Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism and against hate speech.

Within the search results which will appear after you hit the search button, the most relevant posts on the website will definitely be the ‘Review on Countering Extremism and Hate Speech’ (what it was named until August 2023), now known as ‘Free Resources on Countering Extremism and Hate Speech’ (since September 2023). Just click on the results and execute subsequent searches in the headlines through your browser function.

Of course, you can get inspiration for keywords by having a look at the lists of posts which, in their totality, each figure on the LinkedIn platform first. However, trust that counter-terrorism.org allows for easier access. I have made the test by example…

Happy retrieval!

Sincerely,
Thorsten Koch, MA, PgDip
